So far... not impressed at all. A basic cracked screen replacenent is quickly esculating into a completely unusable useless phone which has been so badly repaired tthat the phone no longer works. 4 visits, over a week later, back and front of phone hanging off but told this is how its supposed to look... are you kidding me!

I just get my iphone 7 with broken screen fixt. So quickly and good price. They added some metal shape that was missing without any charge. Stuff very friendly, im gonna come back for sure, thanks bandar band!

Do not ever come here.
Worst phone shop I have ever been in.
Been back to this shop 6 times, still with a broken phone.
First went in with a cracked screen - a month later the camera doesn't work, the speaker's gone, the touch screen doesn't work (they have sent it off twice) with it still not working.

They follow a youtube tutorial when it comes to fixing the phone.

They also moved the antenna inside my phone now the wifi doesn't work.

Useless money grabbers.

I don't even want to give 1 star! Staff are so rude and said 'you're talking bullshit' to me. My phone was fine before I brought it in (apart from a cracked screen). Since speaking with Apple, I have been told my phone has a 'bug' and there's no other way that I could have got this. Embarrassed, appalled, mortified at the service here. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE!

On the third attempt to replace a straightforward phone glass?, they used an invalid excuse to get out of it. When I called the shop to try and resolve, they put the phone down on me. Beware!

I went to fix my iPhone screen it was quick they fixed it while I wait. Cheap price nice quick service and friendly staff. I say the best place in town

I am really pleased with the services offered overall. Firstly, I had a hardware crash and other bits and pieces. So I needed a repair ASAP and I brought it down to my local repair shop, the person in charge was very helpful and promising. Within four days the damage was repaired, didn't lose and files or folders whatsoever and I'm now able to use my laptop perfectly fine with neither difficulties nor setbacks. Also, I must add that I had a bit of a problem with my phone before and the repair was superior. Consequently I must say so far I'm truly satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to go for another future repair.

Further to my earlier review I add that the control panel in Windows has been installed incorrectly; there are no options to toggle between "Classic" and "Category" views and the Disk-Clean-Up option is not available in Accessories/Tools or the Control panel or from the Disk Properties menu. It seems the cleanup component has not been installed.

The failings of this business are in very basic aspects of their supposed area of expertise. I regard these people as DANGEROUSLY INCOMPETENT. Their failings have caused me to waste many hours (at least 20) I still need to take my computer to a competent repair shop to get problems fixed.

I took in a PC with an operating system problem. Promised collect Monday. Woman not there. Returned Tuesday...had to wait an extra 2.5 hours. Took it home and could not connect to internet.via cable..a problem that was clear before I collected but was told it was a problem with the shop's connection. Keyboard keys were wrongly mapped (e.g.@ appeared as " and other faults). Message on boot said a driver not installed. There were automatic Windows updates that always failed to install. The disk partitioning had not been set up. The system tools for backup/restore had been disable and required password to change (I don't have one). The wrong operating system had been installed (XP pro instead of home).The computer had sticky marks on surface. A rubber protection stud was missing. 6 days after taking it in I am left with a computer that does not work properly. The woman was not honest.

Took it back on Wednesday. She tried to claim the keyboard problem was a hardware fault (it isn't, the wrong driver was installed). Got a refund and told to take it somewhere else.

Not having the facility to backup/restore system files as a safety measure means I am wary of trying to install new drivers in case I create more problems.

The service was VERY POOR; technically and there was a "LACK OF TRANSPARENCY" from the woman who runs the business.
