Crews Hill Gardening Club Enfield Reviews
I have purchased over 1200 pounds worth of plants here for a garden we are working on for a client.
I had to deliver them today and I went to buy the plants and they promised me the delivery for today, Maria the manager, disrespecting me, called me to tell me that I will receive it in 1 week,,,, 7 more days,!!!! I have paid the salaries of 2 gardeners and the owner of the project is very angry saying that he will not pay. This situation has been created by Maria canceling the delivery at her whim and not resolving it efficiently.
I do not recommend buying in this place and waiting for a delivery. They do not comply and if you are a professional you will have delivery problems, since they do what they want without respecting an agreement and contract.

Very bad customer service you pay to join for what nothing I phoned to ask about the half price sale and was told The 25 September only to travel 20 mile to fined out it was on 14 August. What a waist of time they don't email you to to tell when it is bad club service w

I have been using the Gardening Club for my plants for over 5 years now and have always found the quality of the plants to be outstanding, so much so that my parents from Wiltshire come here for their plants too. Some reviewers have complained about the home delivery service and the service they've described bears no resemblance to the service we experienced when we bought some large plants (two large pine trees and some bamboo) five years ago with home delivery. The service was good and five years on the plants are thriving and healthy. Personally, I could not recommend The Gardening Club more highly for both quality of plants and for price.

We visit this nursery every year to get our bedding plants and whatever else catches our eye. The place is huge and the selection vast. Sure, most of the staff are foreign but they do take care of the plants. This year we loaded up 2 trolleys and spent £108. We made sure to give all the plants a good water when we got home and don't expect any failures.
We have no complaints and will visit again.

Have been a member for a few years now.All plants are fresh and watered well-also reasonable prices.Always something to see even in the quieter months.When available their hanging fuchsia hanging baskets cannot be beaten.

The worst place I have ever had to shop, ever. We wanted to order tree ferns and had to wait 40 mins for somebody to come and serve us, along with several other people who were waiting. There are no staff to be found anywhere and when I finally did find an assistant she announced to me in a surly manner - I do not speak English. This shop seems to run on the bare bones of staff and most of them are unable to communicate with you. You cannot even get an answer if you phone. My trees have not been delivered as yet so I'm not sure what condition they will arrive in.

I have to agree with the only other reviewer here.
Based upon a recommendation I spent well over a thousand pounds on plants here to landscape an entire new garden. two issues - the first batch I took home myself in the car but due to a "fault" in the till I couldn't get a breakdown receipt- imagine doing a massive shop at Tesco and then being told no way to check your receipt ! This came eventually after weeks of pestering
The second came by delivery on a truck again - many hundred so pounds in total. I wasn't there but told that the driver was very un co-operative and only bought the plants on site when persuaded by my landscaper. several plants were damaged so I wrote several emails to a Joe Kronje who works there. Many months later I am still to receive any form of refund. I wont be a repeat customer- ever

I purchased three orchids but all had lost all their leaves within a week. I wrote to The Gardening Club about this on two occasions- but no one replied. So, although their prices may be cheap, it's not a big saving, when they sell you frosted plants that you have to throw away this quickly! Better perhaps to purchase more reliable stock elsewhere - and there's plenty of choice at Crews Hill.
