Counter staff are welcoming and friendly, however....
Class variety is poor, with little choice and class offer needs to be updated, freshened up with New concepts. Tired bums and Tums needs an update.
Cardio machines are dated, but this isn't the problem. The machines are covered in stale sweat and smell too, as it seems like no-one maintains them.
Ladies gym has been moved, but refit of showers and sauna haven't been thought about. When you shower you end up standing in a pool of water.
Studio floor needs replacing. The floor shifts under foot and potential safety hazard.
This is honest feedback for the shareholders/owner of gym. I'm considering joining New gym near Morrisons if there's no improvements.
This gym is local so I would like to remain loyal, but not sure how long I can put up with a shabby gym. :-(
