PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE - Enfield Council, please do not grant these people a licence to be cruel to animals. I did'nt know any better at the time and brought a puppy from here, paying £700. Consequently the puppy turned out to be in a very ill state, suffering from a bad case of coccidia. If i were not on top of the puppy's health and questioning myself why the poor puppy had explosive diarrehea i could have easily lost him. When purchased the puppy was smelly, bony and undernourished. After many trials and errors, and many visits to my vet, who was able to help him, my puppy is now doing really well, is on a diet of Lily's kitchen and he has luckily tunred into the most adorable puppy anyone would want to own. These people do not have any affection for animals what so ever. I forgot to add at the beginning, whilst i was purchasing my puppy at the counter and waiting for the paper work, 4 people walked in, each holding a cat/dog carrier. each had around 4-5 puppies in each and they just opened their crates and just threw the puppies in there like they were pieces of meat.
i just could'nt wait to get out of there. i now feel i saved my puppies life as i would feel i would have been more cruel to have left him in the hands of these animal butchers.

AWFUL! Why is Enfield granting a licence to this place. The testimonies of many members of the public who have bought sick animals should have been listened too by Enfields council. Shamefull.

Called in today looking for fish. The first animals you see are puppies so we stopped to look. A gentleman was asking regarding the background of the puppies and getting no clear answer except the puppies were locally sourced, not being one to keep my mouth shut in these circumstances I told the guy at the counter that the man wanted to be sure the puppies were not from puppy farms. The guy at the counter became very aggressive at this question saying he did not need to prove anything to buyers. The aggression in his response could not have made things clearer making it obvious these poor pups are from puppy farms. Please take action as suggested by the vet nurse in an earlier post - these people do not care about animals they only care about profit. I am so angry this is going on at all and so close to home Unfortunately I cannot give a negative star rating but I will be contacting the RSPCA.

DO NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM THIS SHOP, YOU MAY FEEL SORRY FOR IT BUT BUYING A PUPPY JUST SUPPORTS THEIR BUSINESS AND WON'T HELP THE PUPPIES IN THE LONG RUN, PHONE THE RSPCA, EVERY DAY AND AFTER EVERY VISIT, BOYCOTTE THIS BUSINESS, WITH NO CUSTOMERS THEY CANNOT STAY OPEN !! BY 'SAVING' ONE PUPPY YOU ARE CONDONING HUNDREDS OF OTHERS.
I AM A VET NURSE AND PEOPLE LIKE THIS MUST BE STOPPED, BOYCOTTE/WARN YOUR FRIENDS/WRITE TO YOUR MP/WRITE TO TRADING STANDARDS/CALL THE RSPCA/DO NOT BUY A THING, DO ALL OF THESE THINGS AND STOP THIS FOUL TRADE IN PUPPY FARMING !

leave the animals to be sold only by proper breaders and not in shops where they are mistreated WATER BOWLS EMPTY IN THIS HOT WEATHER PEOPLE SHOULD BE SHOT

I am most concerned by what I have read about this pet shop. The owners should realise that people have seen the conditions that their animals have to endure and have started a petition to put them out of business. The word is getting out through Facebook, Streetlife and other social media. Please do not give these people your business. I wanted to give this company no stars but there is a problem with this site. Please pass the word on to all your friends and neighbours who may know of this company.

You should be ashamed, selling pups from a shop is disgraceful !!!! You should be shut down and I am going to do everything in my power to do so !!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. The owner and his son should not be allowed to run any business. The owner was also caught by the RSPCA for catching wild birds and fined.

Bought a Labrador puppy from here 3 weeks ago and she was very distressed. took her straight up the vets for a check over and straightaway the vet said she is really under weight! As well as having diahrea. So clearly the dogs are not well looked after here at all!!
The vet asked where did you get the puppy soon as I said cruise hill she wasn't surprised at all!
I cannot believe this shop is open trading standards should get involved and close them down!!!
The bloke who isn't English who works there needs to learn some manners and customer service skills.

BAD! BAD! BAD! I went in asked for a "kong" toy to keep my puppy occupied while I'm out, and the assistant didn't even know what it was! They have no idea about animal welfare, the place should be closed down.
