Twice i have used this salon, i booked 1st appt with Lee and my 2nd appt with Helen. Neither one turned up for the appointments, i was left standing and had to wait for the next free person to do my nails. Not good customer service! If you cant make a morning appt then dont book it. Wasting my time! Will not use again.
