Went in today to confirm choices I had seen in an online shop and order with currys. Loud rap music with dubious lyrics blasting out, so loud I couldn't concentrate or hear myself think! I approached an assistant who said "what music? and grinned" I spotted the manager and asked if they have a policy to actually drive customers away (I was the only person in the store at the time) Stated that I wanted to purchase an oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer but was finding the loud music very unpleasant. He said something to the effect 'whatever' Went home and ordered through AO that's a £1,500 sale you lost folks!
