Horrendous !! Bought a balloon from here for a gift. I collected the balloon a day earlier than needed due to them being closed on the Sunday. Less than 24 hours later after taken such good care of the balloon according to their instructions the top balloon started to deflate for a £40 this is unacceptable. After calling them to inform them they told me I had to make another 40 min journey back to the shop to Bring the balloon back. Talking to the manager Angela she was helpful at first and informed me that if they found it was an environmental issue they wouldn’t be able to give me a refund but would issue me with a credit note. After arriving at the store to bring back the balloon they proceeded to say it was our fault the balloon has a little hole in and said I’m unable to help you but I can offer you 10% of your next purchase. I found it insulting to be accused of it being my fault when we followed there instructions so carefully. Both members of Staff were so rude and had no sense of compassion as to the fact they told me I would get a store credit over the phone. I wasted all this petrol and time bringing back a balloon I believe they were never going to help me in the first place. There was no sense of customer service. I think it’s a disgrace to pay £40 for a balloon that just deflated this is a disgrace and then to have been greeted with such a rude individual made this deeply upsetting. I believe if you look after your customers they look after you. You’ve created no respect what’s so ever and I believe the owner should rethink their approach to customer service as I Will be, informing as many people as I can of this experience. Judging by the other reviews I’ve seen where similar thing has happened to them is just unacceptable. I’m deeply disappointed by this experience and urge people not to use this shop!!
