I rang the Edmonton C and M carpets and Dev was very helpful and said to me that he will check the stock and let me know regarding a particular carpet. When I called back he arranged someone to measure the area for the fitting of the carpet. I was informed about the price which was very expensive and the measurements didn’t seem right. So I called again and spoke to Ozan and he was very abrupt and unhelpful and was arguing over the phone. Then finally he sent the guy to the property to re measure as the initial measurements taken by them were wrong. So after a long discussion I decided to fit the carpet as I needed it to be done urgently.l due to my mother having a disability. So I went to the shop and told Oz that I was going to pay a deposit for the fitting of the carpet . He then checked the stock and said he didn’t have the carpet. I was very upset as they should have checked that before sending someone to measure the second time. Also they wasted my journey and kept me holding on to this nearly over a week .I had the worst experience.. there was no apology given Also OZ refused to give me the manager s details to put in a complaint.
