Rude, unhelpful and arrogant - left cement bags outside and refused to bring in the hall (call to head office said there are insurance issues bringing it in to a property) - dumped on drive blocking it and were generally not very nice... I asked them to move the cement to the rear in the dry and the delivery drive said no I am not even going to attempt it.. so if you can't lift it how can I? Go somewhere else because they are not cheap.. they were just very convenient ie half a mile down the road.. but I think i would rather have a service..
