This is a large garden centre with an extensive range of plants and goods, a café and children's soft play. It has a lot going for it. We were greeted near the entrance by a member of staff which was nice. Unfortunately we found the plants to be very expensive. We bought a couple of garden tools but as we approached the cash desk the male cashier saw us approaching and walked away. A female cashier ignored us as she was marking up but served us when we enquired if anyone was serving. She was not very friendly and when we asked for a bag she said it would be 5p. This is not the first time we have had poor service at the tills and we will not be returning to buy , which is a pity because they have some nice goods. Go across the road to Springtime nurseries. Good value and more importantly, helpful and pleasant staff.
