Mr F. Patterson London I needed to buy a new bed, long overdue! I found the staff friendly, very knowledgeable and patient (I can never make up my mind!)After at least half an hour I settled on a lovely king sized bed with pocket springs and memory foam and it was in stock, which meant I could have it delivered free the very next morning. The boys turned up about 10 greeted me with a smile and took my nice new bed upstairs set it all up and took the packaging away and even took my old bed away. Now that's what I call good old fashioned service. I will be buying from Vic again, they have some lovely solid oak furniture. I'm saving my pennies!! I wish I had bought local before beats these big bed companies hands down.
