I am a new landlord . Been with them for year and half. Am on the guaranteed rent scheme. Always received my rent on time. Just found out recently property was empty for 10 days but I still received my rent. Very professional family orientated company. It's the personal touch I love about these guys. It's their business their bread and butter it's not just a job for them. And that's why you get that one to one service. Any problems and the main person the Director of the company is there to make sure it's getting sorted. Now that's what I call service.
