I have bought a dog from this store last week. The dog is really healthy and I am very happy the way they keep the animals. Its not just the dogs healthy all the animals in the shop are healthy. I am going to be a regular customer. The stuffs are really respect full and help full. They got a doctor in the shop that you can always take your pets for check up.

Great shop, and the guys in there are great, seen some awful stuff said about them and its just not true, there are clean and animal lovers who look after there cutomers for years after buying from there shop, i have 1 lizard n she gets smelly so of course it might have a waft of animal as you walk in, but the animals all seem happy and healthy to me, would always recommend x

Just bought a gorgeous puppy from them, so happy! Apart from the puppy being a very welcome addition to our family, the pet shop made it a really lovely experience. Mustafa was very calm and helpful, giving us lots of tips to make the transition a good one for the puppy and us. I have just had him checked at the vet and he is 100% lovely and healthy, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again!

I have two stunning dogs (1 yr & 18 months old) from this pet shop and I’ve had no health problems with them at all. In the past, I’ve bought puppies direct from the breeders and all I had was health issues and one had to be put down. The shop also has an excellent in store vet. The shop is super clean and all their animals are healthy.

"Patrose" get your facts right before writing stupid reviews. All our problems are with springtime and the petition is to close down top pets at springtime and NOT this pet shop. This is an excellent pet shop and all their animals are healthy and well looked after. The reason we don't get our way is because of people like you with no common sense.

Excellent service.
I bought a Pomeranian puppy recently and was incredibly pleased with the service I received; staff were friendly and helpful, guarantees were included and there is a registered in-house vet. I returned to the shop for the second round of vaccinations and would definitely recommend Crews Hill pet shop to prospective pet owners. Needless to say I'm already totally in love with my little love!

I bought my beautiful Pug from there last week and I'm very happy with my purchase. I definitely don't agree with the previous review, as I know for a fact their puppies are groomed by groominnovation next door every week. Furthermore, the pups are health checked by their in store vets every weeks and I'm sure that over due vaccination or a health problem would have been spotted by one them as she/he claims. Most Probably they have mistaken this pet shop with Top Pets in Springtime.

This Shop is great, New Owner is really nice and friendly.
They are very supportive and knowledgeable and caring for the animals.
I bought a puppy for my daughter there today and it was a very enjoyable experience for her, thank you to all the team at Crews Hill Bird Centre to make it so special for us.

Hi All, please note the Crews Hill Centre is under new mangement...Shop looks loverly & most important of all the shop is so clean...Thisis best its ever looked...
Staff are also really friendly & helpful, have great understanding on animals.
I would Now highly recommed shop!
