Just WOW. Did I buy a new bed or a new back?
Our family have always used Vic Smith's and when I started to get backache earlier in the year I thought a new bed might help - and I wasn't wrong! At 6'4" I opted for a super-king and it's genuinely the best decision I made, my wife and I have not slept so well in years. The delivery men were very professional, wearing masks and keeping the rooms well ventilated during installation.
I can't recommend these guys enough - thank you!

A great family run business very friendly and helpful. I bought myself a very comfortable ottoman bed with a memory foam mattress. To tell you the truth I now never want to get out of bed in the morning! They must have the best delivery service going. They put it in your bedroom set it up and took my old one away all free of charge. Always shop local, the only way to keep the high street going.

If you go to this shop not knowing much about mattresses then you risk getting ripped off. They will tell you any old rubbish to make you part with your money.
I went in there looking for an all latex mattress and was told that spring mattresses last longer than latex. Five minutes research on the internet will tell you the opposite is true. It is latex that lasts much longer than spring mattresses, but they don't sell all latex mattresses in this shop and that's the reason they lied about durability. I challenged the staff member on this lie and she got aggressive. It's not the only thing she lied about either.
So my experience of this shop is that they tried to con me with lies and failed miserably.

Was looking for an adjustable powered single bed for my elderly Mum. Vic was very helpful and gave good advice without pressure to buy. The bed was delivered quickly and set up for my Mum without any fuss. The old bed was removed and all done by nice guys with good humour, despite the difficult access issues!
Thanks for a great service and a good product, that's everything we wanted!

I wanted a new mattress as I could feel the springs digging in to me and I couldn't stand it anymore. They are very helpful and not pushy at all. They gave me plenty of advice and I tried quite a few beds. I found one in my budget that was really comfortable and just happened to be in stock. They couldn't deliver that day as they were fully booked but I did have it delivered the following day. The delivery men took my old mattress away and put my new one on my bed with instructions on how to look after it! The whole experience was very easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend this company.
