They have messed up my hair colour twice now so never going back. All I was getting done was a basic root colour so it should be written down but somehow managed to do my roots a different colour. The last time I went I told the stylist the colour didn’t look right as when they put it on it’s usually more red, she said oh it will develop, it’s definitely right colour. Turned out she was wrong and my roots are now dark black but rest of my hair is a different shade. They do a good blow dry otherwise wouldn’t trust them
