I was allowed to browse around the store until I found the sofa I liked. On finding my ideal sofa I was attended to by a polite gentleman, who offered my sisters and I hot beverages.
I was clearly explained the:
- options for purchasing, cash or terms.
- length of time for delivery
- The material and colour available.
- Terms and conditions and repayment plan.
I am very pleased with my purchase.
