My wife took 6 of my 5yr olds school trousers in for alterations on the waist. The lady accepted to use a sample that my son wears.
1st time they adjusted too big so we went back. Lady was very rude & tried to dismiss it. However, We insisted that my son cannot wear trousers and we are still within the 30 days advised by sign on wall.
The 2nd time the lady altered the trousers too small. The lady shouted we are too fussy. I asked her to not shout at me and said it's not about being fussy it just won't fit him.
The man came storming from the back and agressively shouted at me in front of my 5yr old. He said he will charge me to do trousers again. I said we have paid for a service and did not receive. He continued to shout and be aggressive so I just left.
The 6 trousers cost £100+ and are useless and I paid for a service I did not receive. Additionally my wife and son are upset from being shouted at and treated so badly. I will be reporting this establishment to trading standards.
