I have used this shop for many years. I rang to order some balloons for a family occasion and paid for the order over the phone. They said I could collect within half an hour so I went to the shop on baker st but found it had closed down. I rang the number and the shop assistant told me they had moved to southgate which they had not mentioned when I had placed the order! I was very annoyed as I had limited time and it was rush hour traffic. When I got to southgate the parking was impossible. When I found the shop I parked on a double yellow outside the shop and rang the shop and asked them to bring the balloons outside. They did not. I went into the shop and the balloons were not ready even though it was now an hour after when they said to collect. They then told me they didn't have all the balloons in stock that I'd ordered. I was livid by now as I had driven through rush hour and was now late for an Appointment. It had now become clear that the original balloon shop in enfield has closed down and they have sold their number to this balloon shop in southgate - the staff are not the same. They have kept the baker st details on google so customers will make the same mistake as me. I will not use again!
