Why is this Pub closed?
Up until a few years ago it was always a very good pub for a pint and bite to eat. Over the past few years it was run down by bad management but could be great again. It was always very popular. It is a listed public house with amazing history. It was sold very cheaply I believe to someone who appears to have no interest in running it as a pub. I guess they want to make a lot of money by changing it to residential use. It will be such a shame to lose this pub. What can be done?
