Walked into this chemist and asked for some advice for treating my sore scalp. The assistant didn't have the technical knowledge to help me and the pharmacist was soo rude talking around a wall to her assistant.
I asked for the pharmacist to come out and talk to me to offer advice on what is becoming a niggling issue. She wouldn't and had the cheek to tell her assistant she had no time to speak to me.
I should have walked out the shop but I purchased some tea tree oil shampoo. A message to this pharmacist, start acting a bit more professionally or your business will suffer.
