We have recently had a bathroom installed and all of the bathroom suite was ordered and bought from Bathstore in Enfield. The whole experience has been a complete nightmare. The men who actually fit the bathroom do not actually work for Bathstore but are contract workers. In our case there was a language barrier which made things even worse. To add to the misery we we ended up with some of the bathroom fittings not having been delivered to us. Upon investigation we found that Bathstore in Enfield hadn't even ordered them despite the fact we ordered these whilst actually face to face with the staff there.
The whole process has caused undue stress and upset and therefore caused a delay in finishing the work.
We would never use this store ever again!
