I have shopped in Pearsons of Enfield for many years and loved it's location as so close to me however my experience of a shop assistant refusing me entry despite the store advertising that they would close at 5pm. This said assistant claimed to be the store manager when I pointed out the closing time on the window and threatened me with security during this time the said assistant/ store manager allowed another lady to enter the store when I pointed this out he was rude and aggressive toward me. I escalated my complaint by emailing the store and requesting a meeting to discuss my treatment and did receive an email from the sales manager ensuring me that the store manager would look into this and get back to me I am still waiting , I have contacted the store several times and almost a month later I am still waiting for some contact from the store manager.
