My wife recently booked a return Taxi with Euro Cars from Enfield to Luton Airport. She agreed a price with them when booking and informed them of the pick up time and also gave them the flight number details.
On her return the Taxi Driver tried to charge her extra claiming that he had arrived an hour earlier because she had given the wrong pick up time. My wife refused to pay the extra money as she did give them the correct time and Flight number so that they could check the status of the flight prior to departing to pick her up. (The flight was on time) We took up this matter with the taxi office and they threatened to Black List her if she didnt pay. She didnt pay the extra cost and doesnt care what they do as we will never use this company again anyway. This is just a warning to other people who might want to use this company in future. I would stay well clear.
