AVOID THIS SALON!!!
Very bad customer service!
I came to this salon today to have a keratin treatment. I've had this treatment done at other places before and results were "amazing."
I came to Mode simply because my previous hairdresser at Evita was away on holiday.
So I Had it done here, & end result- my hair was breaking off, frazzled on ends & felt like a nest after treatment!!!!!!!
I spoke to the manager very nicely explaining that my hair was breaking off , dry as anything & felt awful to touch! & this has NEVER happened before. Not to mention the cost was £105 & at Evita I paid £75.
She basically just fobbed me off & just said that it was the product! Didn't believe me that hair was broken off! I already took gown off so couldn't prove it as broken hair had fallen.....
Whether she agreed or not her attitude towards a potential new client was very professional & to the extent that my hair was damaged by this treatment I was disgusted that I paid full price for it!
