I too was seduced by the excellent quote from Mehmet.
Unfortunately that's where to quality ended.
Every aspect of the build was poor, especially the finish! UK Smart Build simply do not get what good finish is. Everything from grouting, plastering, architraves and skirtings looked very poor.
I managed to hold back some of the money so they came back once but I never saw them again despite numerous attempts.
I was left with a huge bill to rectify their shoddy workmanship.
