Currys PC World Megastore Enfield Reviews
Went in today to confirm choices I had seen in an online shop and order with currys. Loud rap music with dubious lyrics blasting out, so loud I couldn't concentrate or hear myself think!
I approached an assistant who said "what music? and grinned"
I spotted the manager and asked if they have a policy to actually drive customers away (I was the only person in the store at the time) Stated that I wanted to purchase an oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer but was finding the loud music very unpleasant. He said something to the effect 'whatever'
Went home and ordered through AO that's a £1,500 sale you lost folks!

Very, very, very rude !!
This stores staff are very rude, unhelpful and lie !
One of their own management, a big fat Northern Irish man with shaved grey hair and a goaty beard, blatantly lied to me, was rude and condescending !
They lie about competitors prices to avoid their published price match pledge, even stating that their competitors web site was a fake web site ??? Moron !!
Look at all their other bad reviews, it's a common theme and they are an embarrassment to what always used to be a very reputable company!

This store cries for some attention from the managment. A month ago I went there to buy DSLR camera, After long considerations I picked one and told the assistant I want to buy it. It took twenty minutes to look for it, and they couldn't find it although system showed it was on stock. I bought camera elsewhere. yesterday I went to look for a laptop, I found one i liked and was ready to buy it, but couldn't find anybody to sell it to me. After couple of minutes I found someone who said he's not from this department and he will send his collegue to help me. I said ok, I will keep browsing here. it took 20 minutes and no one showed up. Eventually I lost my patience and walked out the store. Note I said clearly I'm here to buy not look for the laptop. Currys PC World of Enfield missed over 1000 pounds business from myself, but how many business opportunities it misses everyday by ignoring customers like that.
